What Cassiabon sells

Cassiabon designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites. No upfront build fee, just one monthly fee that covers building the website, hosting it, and updating the content. Nonprofits get a $50/mo. discount. Everything is a service delivered online; nothing physical ever ships, so there’s nothing to return.

If you’d rather pay for the build upfront and keep the monthly fee to hosting alone, feel free to ask. I offer that too, priced by conversation.

The free design preview

Requesting a free preview from me carries no obligation for either of us. If you don’t continue, you owe nothing and I keep the design.

Updates

Every plan includes update work each month: two hours on the Croissant, four on the Layer Cake and Birthday Cake. Most changes take minutes and go live within a couple of business days of your email. If a request would blow past the included hours, I’ll send you a quote.

Customer service

Write to cas@cassiabon.com. I reply within one business day.

Refunds

You pay nothing until you’ve approved your site and it’s live, so there’s no deposit to refund. If you walk away before launch, you owe nothing.

Monthly fees keep your site hosted and maintained for the month you paid for. If I fail to deliver that (i.e. the site goes down and stays down, or agreed edits never arrive), I’ll refund the month.

Disputes

If something’s wrong, email me before filing a chargeback. I respond within two business days, and if I can’t make it right, I’ll refund you.

Cancellation

Plans run twelve months to start and month-to-month after that. If you need out during the first year, the remaining months are still due; that’s the trade for paying nothing upfront.

After the first year, cancel by emailing cas@cassiabon.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month you’ve already paid for; there are no partial-month refunds.

Your domain and your content (the words, images, and files you gave me or I made from your materials) are always yours, and I’ll help move them wherever you’re headed. The site itself (the design and the code) is mine and stays with Cassiabon. I keep your site up for sixty days after your last billing date so the move is never rushed.

Promotions

If I ever run a promotion, its full terms are published alongside it. No promotion changes anything on this page.
